Del Webb Mirehaven Neighborhood Association

Del Webb Mirehaven is a private, 55+ active adult community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Del Webb Mirehaven Neighborhood Association (DWMNA) is a voluntary organization of homeowners and residents working together to improve and maintain the quality of life in the neighborhood.

DWMNA is recognized by the City of Albuquerque Office of Neighborhood Coordination (ONC), and communicates with key city departments and elected officials on issues that affect the community. A recognized Neighborhood Association is one that has registered with ONC and meets the criteria for membership in the ONC. The Neighborhood Association Recognition Ordinance (NARO) guides the work of ONC.

Membership in DWMNA is open to all property owners, residents, and businesses in the neighborhood, and participation is voluntary.

DWMNA has no legal authority to enact or enforce maintenance or design requirements beyond those established by City and/or County ordinances.

The primary interests of DWMNA are:

  • Enhancing the safety, quality of life, property values, and community engagement of our members.
  • Working with the Del Webb Homeowners Association (HOA) on issues in our community, while respecting the specific purposes and guidelines of the HOA.
  • Communicating with members about municipal and commercial projects in our area.
